Day 27. Unlucky for Some

We do a lot of school charters at work. They're generally easy work. You pick up a bunch of kids and their teachers, drive them ten or twenty minutes, then come back a couple of hours later and take them back.
It usually means we're driving a coach. Sometimes this is good, sometimes it's not so good if you end up in one of our Volvo B10s, because they have manual transmission. If you have a shift after the charter, then you're really going to earn your money.
Anyway, the kids seemed to be really intrigued by the gear knob in this particular bus. I don't know if it was the fact it was a pool ball, the number 13, or that it was upside down. It certainly got their attention.
